Now you can begin enjoying the full benefits of TimeTrak with minimal startup expenses and rapid implementation.  TimeTrak's hosted solution permits you to outsource your Time & Attendance and Labor Management needs permitting you to focus on your core business.  You avoid the problems and expense of maintaining network infrastructure and the required IT support.  A secure and redundant off site server hosts your TimeTrak software and data making them available 24/7/365.  Free software upgrades are automatically administered.  One monthly fee provides access to the vast benefits available from a TimeTrak system.

SaaS Software & Support Program

The SaaS "Pay as You Go" monthly program fee includes unlimited use of all TimeTrak software - no concurrent user restrictions, and no additional monthly charges for history, time card review, employee self service module, or hundreds of existing payroll interfaces, etc. TimeTrak provides secure access to your software and data with state of the art encryption and firewall protection.

Monthly Charge:

Active Employee per Month - Call for pricing. (inactive employees data can be maintained in the system at no additional charge for accurate historical reporting, or even the return of that employee whom can then be switched back to active status).  Charge includes unlimited use of the software 24/7/365 and phone/web support during normal business hours.  24/7/365 support available at additional cost.

Setup / Licensing Charge:

per Employee Dependent on Complexity of Payrules -Call for pricing - charge includes licensing costs as well as setup of organization payrules and initial training.  Further training, payrule fine tuning and adjustments are provided as part of the standard monthly program cost for software and support.

SchedTrak®

SchedTrak®, an automated benefit scheduling and de-scheduling system, empowers employees to enter and review benefit requests and statuses. SchedTrak® eliminates paper requests and circulation of vacation sheets, frees supervisors to do more important work, and provides unbiased application of corporate policies. With SchedTrak®, Benefit Request Reports and Benefit Approval Reports can be generated in minutes for review. Supervisors, with granted rights, can quickly override system settings and approve requests. Denied Benefit Reports and Evaluation Override Reports, in addition to many others, provide administrators with quick oversight of system activities.

Empower Your Employees

Employees have access to on-screen graphical scheduling at dedicated employee kiosks, or any workstation with access to the server on which TimeTrak resides. Employees may make requests to take benefit time such as vacation and comp time, review the status of requests pending, view current available hours and uncommitted hours (available less committed), and leave denied requests on hold pending a change in another employee's schedule. SchedTrak® even permits employees to sell off benefit time.

Eliminate Paperwork While Maintaining Critical Staffing Levels

SchedTrak® provides parameterized setup flexibility without customization. Structure automated evaluations and granting of benefit time requests to consider available/uncommitted time, and seniority among other items. Supervisors can designate minimum staffing levels by department, cost center, job, and many other criterias for SchedTrak® to consider in granting or denying requests. Vacation bumping becomes an automated process, eliminating the continual manual restructuring of vacation schedules. In assessing available/uncommited hours, SchedTrak® takes the current balance in the Benefit Accrual Table and subtracts hours of that type Pay Code/Benefit Type from other areas in TimeTrak not yet reflected in the balance. This yields an accurate gauge of benefit hours available; avoiding, for example, the possibility of SchedTrak® approving a request for vacation hours this week that are already designated, by employee request, for a week long vacation just two weeks from now.

Fair, Consistent & Timely Application of Your Benefit Policies

SchedTrak® evaluates some requests daily, holds other employee requests until a set date, and permits supervisors to manually start an evaluation process. 24 hours a day / 365 days a year SchedTrak® constantly monitors information and automatically evaluates requests according to your corporate policies. Each decision is detailed and stored for later review. Employee requests are never left unresponded to; SchedTrak® handles them on a timely basis. Supervisors and potential biases are removed from the process, and all employees are treated fairly and consistently within your corporate policy - ensuring improved employee morale.

Cost Effective Automation, Not Available Until Now

Passing, completion, collection, and processing of employee vacation time sheets/requests consumes considerable supervisor time and energy, and yet often leaves employees disappointed and departments understaffed. It has been nearly impossible to effectively coordinate vacation scheduling in a manual method. SchedTrak® now permits you to fully utilize your system time and attendance information; while reducing dependence on supervisors, getting the job done sooner and according to corporate policies.

VTrak® (Plus)


Your employees can report their Time and Attendance transactions just by punching in a phone number and responding to a series of voice prompts. VTrak®, the data collection system, connects directly to a TimeTrak host computer. Add the Caller ID option from your telephone company, and VTrak® identifies the source of the call and validates the originating number against a list of known numbers, then authorizes or refuses the entry.
Authorized numbers then become part of the data collection record. When no Caller ID number is available, VTrak® accepts the call and marks the record accordingly.

Just phone in and follow the voice prompts

It's this easy: Up to four employees at a time (standard configuration)(see phone line calculator for your requirements) pick up telephones and punch in a phone number or extension number. VTrak® responds by giving the current date and time. The callers are then instructed to enter a code to identify the type of transaction they are performing, "in for day", "out", etc. They are next prompted to key in their identification number. Once it's entered, their transaction is complete.

It's not necessary to wait for prompts to be completed. Data entry can be initiated and completed as quickly as one can enter the appropriate numbers. When data entry is complete, employees simply hang up the phone.

Report hours and retrieve voice mail

Through this process, employees can report their arrival for work, their departure, return from lunch or break, a department or cost center transfer, or a job class transfer. They can also input hours and call backs. Voice mail messages that were left can be retrieved or created for other employees. It simply can't be any easier.
