Version 10.0 Now Available with Browser User Interface

The V10.0 product is now available to run inside a Browser User Interface, eliminating the need for any client installations… Employees and Supervisors can access ClocTrak and TimeTrak with just a URL address.

Customers who own, or buy, a thin client version of TimeTrak Software get this FREE! They can choose to setup a Microsoft Web Server and mix and match use of the traditional Thin Client product, and the HTML Browser version for access using just a URL via a Browser. Both user interfaces access the same solution and database.

ClocTrak Browser User Interface - V10.0 (Standard Distribution)

ClocTrak’s HTML Browser product is now standard distribution and in use by many customers. Thin Client customers and those using our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering can chose to access ClocTrak via a Browser and/or using a thin client.

TimeTrak Browser User Interface – V10.0 (Beta Distribution Available)

TimeTrak’s HTML Browser product is a Beta Product, and is available upon request – supervisors may access and edit via both the Browser User Interface and/or the Thin Client User Interface.

• Pressing Alt-Z from any screen closes all TimeTrak windows and brings you back to the TimeTrak Desktop

• Pressing Alt-N when using Time Card Filters with any one employee’s information brings up the EMPLOYEE NOTEPAD for you to make notes or leave detailed messages

• Pressing Ctrl-P when in TimeTrak will print your active TimeTrak screen

TimeTrak's Next-Generation MS Windows® Touch Screen Clocks Provide Live Data Look-up and Bio Security as You've Never Seen it Before!  Camera Feature Provides for Passive Biometric Verification!

Looking for a real-time solution for punching that’s both easy to use and secure?  Not sure if a biometric time clock is right for you?

Look no further. TimeTrak now offers two MS Windows touch screen terminals with on-board secure biometric reader verification and camera option for passive verification.

The TouchProESS and TouchCamCE Windows® touch screen LCD terminals offer intuitive on-screen ‘buttons’ for transactions entry as well as lookup of live employee data -- including time cards, schedules, messages, available benefit time and much more. A broad range of reader and communication choices are also available, including RFID/prox, barcode, magnetic, as well as an optionally installed fingerprint reader and/orintegrated digital camera (up to 1.3 mega-pixels) for capturing color images of employees at the clock.

For companies unsure of how well a biometric reader might be accepted by their staff, the internal camera option represents a “passive” approach to employee biometric validation, providing a secure means of validating employee ID’s without the use of a fingerprint biometric reader.

Alternately, the clock’s camera may be used in conjunction with the biometric fingerprint reader as a fail-safe ID option, eliminating the need for repetitive punching by your staff due to biometric validation issues (injured finger, etc.). If an employee’s ID cannot be verified by the clock’s biometric reader, the camera simply takes a picture, accepts the transaction, and forwards both the punch and the employee’s photo to the time card in the TimeTrak® software for supervisor review.

Even if biometric validation is not your company’s top priority, the ease-of-use and convenience these state-of-the art Windows® LCD touch terminals provide cannot be matched.
